1st Lunch (11:55 – 12:25)

2:00 – 3:20 Block 3  (back to usual schedule)

Afternoon Pep Rally Schedule (B Day) Friday, August 16

8:10 – 9:30 – Block 5 (80 min.)

9:30 – 9:35 Passing Time

9:35 – 10:55 – Block 6 (80 min.)

10:55 – 11:10 – Break (15 min.) 

11:10 – 12:30 – Block 7 (80 min.)

12:30 – 12:35 Passing Time

12:35 – 2:20 – Block 8 (75 min.) 

1st Lunch (1:05 – 1:35)

2nd Lunch (1:20 – 1:50)

2:30 – 3:20 – Pep Rally (60 min.) – Meet at advisory @ 2:25 and walk together to pep rally (be @ Spartan Center @ 2:35). You’ll be getting your yearbooks in advisory too (if you haven’t already!)

Cheerleaders and 12th Man may leave at 1:50 to prepare in the Spartan Center. Please let your advisor know!

***Everyone must attend the pep rally. You may not be checked out during this time. You may not drive over to the Spartan Center unless you have special permission from the Deans***

Special/Professional Dress Days (This Thursday for Honor Ceremony)

• A dress shirt is required along with one of the following: sports coat, sweater, or tie
• Professional-length skirts, dresses or slacks, and blouses are required; length should be mid-thigh or longer and considered appropriate for school.
• Dress shoes are required (fashionable, tidy, clean sneakers are permitted).

  Spirit Dress Days (This Friday)

  • On days of competitions or events, participants may wear team or organization-approved apparel.
  • On specified days, all students may wear Athens Academy T-shirts.
  • Dress code bottoms are required.

Wednesday, August 28, 8:00am: Speeches Due to Mrs. Farmer and GLCs by 8:00am

Friday, August 30, 9:45am: Speeches Given during Class Meetings, Voting Occurs
