We understand that some committees are already finished with their work but we also know that we have some work to do as well! Let’s make a deal…we’ll have a late start if you do your part and get here at 9:30! See our schedule below!
8:10-9:30 You can sleep in, go to breakfast or be here for committee work (wahoo – late start!)
9:30-9:45 Advisory (attendance will be taken – you must be here by 9:30!)
9:45-12:00 Your choice: Watch a movie in the PH (Remember the Titans), Finish your committee work (make sure your teacher leader is with you), Play Games in/around SA (spike ball, corn hole, ping pong, Frisbee, board games or card games in classrooms – bring  your favorite!)
12:00-12:45  Everyone to the PH to watch Spirit Videos
12:45-1:30 Pizza lunch and drinks served to all upper school students in the amphitheater for FREE! Tillman Center is closed so bring your lunch if you don’t want pizza.
1:30-2:00 Line up for parade in SA parking lot (see below for line up order!)
2:00-3:20 Parade (if it is not crazy raining) and Pep Rally (on Slaughter Field if not raining and in Spartan Center if it is raining)
Parade order: Pep Band, Kindness Club, Football team, JV cheer, Varsity cheer, Queen’s Court, 9th banner, 9th float, 10th banner, 10th float, 11th banner, 11th float, 12th banner, 12th float
Note: Lower  School and Middle School will be lined up on the bridge

One of our youngest students’ favorite events will take place on Thursday, October 31st! The Halloween Parade! The parade begins at 8:30 in the Harrison Center. The preschool students will board the buses and unload at the Chambers Center then walk back through campus on their return to the Harrison Center. If you are out and about at this time, look for the little cuties!

Are you a college-bound high school student interested in pursuing a degree in the areas of music, dance, theater, visual arts, or graphic design? Learn about admission requirements, explore your college options and more by talking with over 90 colleges from all over the world at the Atlanta Performing and Visual Arts College Fair.
A partnership between NACAC and ArtsBridge Foundation, the free event will take place on Monday, October 28, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.  Arrive at 6 p.m. for the Pre-Fair Workshop

The dance is in the Tillman Center Saturday night, 8:30-11:00.


Attendance will be taken at each committee time this week, so make sure you show up!


 

Pick your homecoming t-shirts up in the front office.They are really cute, so if you didn’t order one and you wish you had, see Mrs. Farmer, we ordered a few extra! $15 short sleeve, $20 long sleeve.
