Kira Avolio, Evan George, Anannya Das, James Purcell, Harper Purcell, Popi Marquez, the AP Euro Class and Ms. Cashin’s French Class all showed TEAMWORK, PASSION, COURAGE and RESPECT by performing in the Talent Show Thursday night! Yall were great!
Turner Trapnell, Kate Branch, Emma Clarke, Anjali Patel, Butler Adams, Mary Brooke Barber, Zach Daniels, Philip Doherty, Samuel Pittard and Brent Chandler all showed KINDNESS, TEAMWORK, PASSION and RESPECT as they worked behind the scenes to make the Talent Show successful. Thank you so much!
Student Council showed KINDNESS, TEAMWORK, and PASSION by planning and organizing Sadie Hawkins.


Mosley Advisory attended the Talent Show and basketball games!

Several juniors wished a Happy Birthday to their favorite AA worker on Friday— they even made sure to leave junior connector especially clean and water bottle-free!

Robert Reynolds would like to share that Rhodes Kleiber went out of his way to bring his water bottle that he forgot to morning workouts this am!!! Robert was excited to have his water bottle because he had no idea where it was. Thank you, Rhodes!!!

Tornado Drill this Thursday at 9:00 
Starting today all current active NHS members will begin receiving an email with a google form to sign up to volunteer at LS Science Night on Thursday February 20. Please select your top 5 locations to volunteer, and the locations will be filled up on a first come first served basis. I will send the invitation to sign up to Senior NHS members today (Wednesday 1/29) and Junior NHS members tomorrow (Thursday 1/30). If you have any questions please contact Ms. Neves. I look forward to seeing all our NHS members come out to participate in our annual service project!!

Second Phase of Senior Privileges
Spartan 5K and Sprint: Saturday, Feb. 8!
Athens Peer Court is currently accepting consent forms for new volunteers who would like to join the program. The training begins on Thursday, February 6th and continues on Saturday, February 8th. We conclude on February 10th. The training is cumulative and attendance at all three sessions is mandatory to join the program. The commitment following training is one Tuesday per month for the upcoming semester. Hearings occur from 5:15-7:30 and are held in downtown Athens.
This program is open to all 8th-12th Clarke County residents and participation is free.
If you know a student who would like to join, please fill out the attached January 2020 APC Consent Form and email Emily Bones at boness@fanning.uga.edu.
