America’s favorite “Who done it?” will soon be coming to the ACAD stage! You don’t want to miss Professor Plum (Charlie Sanderlin), Professor Green (Patrick Rodrigue), Miss Scarlet (Lexi Sennowitz), Colonel Mustard (Wade Slatcher), Mrs. Peacock (Harper Purcell), Miss White (Mills Crosland), Yvette the maid (Ainslee Stonecipher), Mr. Body (Eliza Connolly), the Motorist (Alexis Keeney), the Cook (Alex Wiggins), the Cop (Collin Edge), the Police Chief (Oswaldo Jara-Rivera), the Singing Telegraph Girls (Elizabeth Raeber, Courtney Coffeen, Chamberlain Lunceford) and Wadsworth (Sara Mack Lowe). Show dates are April 21-23, 2022 in the Presentation Hall. Admission is $5 for Adults and $2 for students. The game is afoot, scandal and blackmail abound, and a killer is at large. Why anyone would not see this show is a mystery!
There is no extended day on campus this Friday! The library will not be open after 11:30.
Congratulations to Elizabeth Raeber for her acceptance into the prestigious Sewanee Young Writers’ Conference! Students who participate in this program spend the summer honing their craft while learning from teachers who have had their books named “Notable Books of the Year” by the New York Times and been featured by “Oprah’s Book Club,” among other accomplishments–way to go, Elizabeth! Check out Elizabeth’s short story “Sawyer” in the forthcoming Literary Review 2022!
