“Bevan has been a spectacular athlete for our team this season. He shows up at every practice on time and works very hard to better himself and his teammates. I often notice Bevan helping younger throwers with their technique after he has completed his workout. He gives maximum effort at every competition. Bevan is our number #1 discus and shot put thrower. He is mature, confident, and gives of himself for the benefit of the team. I wish I could clone him.” – Neville Anderson, Head Coach Varsity Track & Field

Watch this interesting video to learn even more about this. AND if you want to learn other ways to increase your happiness, read this brief article to learn how to trigger the release of your happiness hormones- Serotonin, Dopamine, Oxytocin, and Endorphins.
