“Katie has had a tremendous year for the Girls Soccer Team. She has pace and is one of our best crossers of the ball I have seen in years. She has been a starting forward for us all year scoring in key games in non region and region games. As we entered into the playoffs, we needed to make some changes for a successful run and we decided to move her to right back. She was selfless and led with outstanding grit. She shutdown some great players in the playoffs and was unbelievable in the state championship game against one of the best players in state. We are excited she is coming back next year and will continue to be one of our key players.” – Judson Hamby, Head Coach Varsity Girls Soccer

You grow through what you go through.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. There is a lot to do between now and the last day of school so be sure to spend at least 30 minutes a day focused exclusively on yourself and your mental well-being. To help you do so, check out information from the Jed Foundation. If you continue to struggle, keep in mind that there are people in your life who are able to help. Just reach out and ask.
