“Camille is the definition of versatile. Not only is she a tremendous manager for the football team, but she also captures amazing photos of our athletes in the field of play. She has been producing hype videos for the past few years & had a hand in making our student led webcast into one of the best in the country. I will truly miss Camille upon graduation and everything that she brings to the table but I am certain that her future will be extremely bright. I cannot wait to see what all she accomplishes! Go Spartans!” Mike Callinan, Webcast & Advanced Media Production

Seager is an incredibly talented artist and has been a lot of fun to teach. He is a hard worker and asks the right questions. Lately, Seager has been working on different styles to broaden his range. He most recently has taken on photorealism and modern impressionism. We are excited to see what he does moving forward.

During the month of October, Ms. Evans will be returning from maternity leave at a reduced schedule, with full-time hours beginning on November 1st, so that she can help with college essays. Sessions will be offered starting the morning of Friday, October 1st (that’s right, you can get some essay help before the afternoon homecoming festivities!).

Students can meet with Ms. Evans at any stage in the essay writing process. You can brainstorm together, look over drafts, address revisions, or tackle the supplemental essays. You do not need to send her work ahead of time–just bring your questions, drafts if you have them, and an open mind!

There are lots of sessions open starting next week (and one left on Friday). Please click here to access the College Essay Google Calendar for upcoming slots. Reach out to Ms. Evans if you have any questions, concerns, or issues accessing the calendar.

“Lucy is an incredible artist and has been a lot of fun to work with. Lucy takes her time and pays incredible attention to the details in her work. She recently began working with oil paint and is already showing great command of the medium. Her coachability and willingness to talk through ideas has been great and teaching her is a joy. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds as she takes more art classes.” Lucy Hayes - 21 (2)

Thomas is in his third year running for us and he is having a break-out season.  We are not surprised. This summer, Thomas not only attended every summer workout, but he would ride his bike to our practices so that he could be there.  With that kind of dedication, it is no surprise that he PR’d by 45 seconds in his first race of the season. Thomas leads by example and is poised for a strong season this year!” – Geoffrey Walton, Head Coach, Cross

Amy is in her first year but she has already made a great impression.  She comes to every workout and is not afraid to challenge herself. You will always see Amy with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. It will be fun watching her improve this season as she gets stronger and more confident as a runner!” – Geoffrey Walton, Head Coach, Cross Country
